Model S suspension clunk - anyone dealt with this?

I've got a 2019 Model S that I bought second-hand about a year ago, and honestly it's been a great car for the most part, super practical and the instant torque never gets old. But recently I've started noticing a really annoying clunking noise coming from the front suspension whenever I go over speed bumps or uneven roads, and it's starting to worry me. At first I thought it might just be a loose sway bar link or something simple, but the noise seems to be getting progressively worse and now I'm feeling a bit of a shudder through the steering wheel at low speeds too. I've heard that Teslas can have issues with the upper control arms on the front suspension, apparently it's a known weak point on these cars, and I'm wondering if that's what's going on with mine. The thing that's stressing me out is finding somewhere that actually knows how to work on Teslas properly, because they're so different from traditional cars with all the electric systems and regenerative braking. I'm in Abu Dhabi and I've been searching for premium Tesla repair in Abu Dhabi from a place that has experience with these cars and can properly diagnose suspension issues without just guessing. Has anyone else experienced front suspension clunking on their Model S and can tell me what the fix ended up being? I'd really appreciate some advice before I start taking things apart or spending money on unnecessary repairs.
